proteins, peptides and vaccines.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in biochemistry or similar field plus at least 2
years of laboratory experience. Skills: Lab skills,
Computer skills, writing skills, aseptic
technique, knowledge of GMP,
QA experience is a plus, good
report writing ability, good communication skills, ability to work under set timelines.
Job
Description:
1. Perform analytical methods such as DLS, pH meter, ELISA, DSC, osmometer and UV
spectrophotometry. Familiarity to freeze-drying is a plus.
2. Preparation of buffers
3.
Follow GMP and GLP, including documentation of laboratory
work, preparation of quality records and SOPs, log books, Material transfer forms and change orders
4.
Material log-in and log-out
5. Participation in aseptic techniques, as required
6.
Cleaning, calibration and maintenance of laboratory
equipments
7. Ordering
chemicals/ laboratory glassware/ office supplies
8. Making sure that basic lab supplies are
in stock
9. 20% -30% QA assistance and administrative responsibilities
